ZWIC event on how to start your own business in Switzerland

Thank you ZWIC (Zug International Women’s Club) for inviting us to a free event called “Starting own Business in Switzerland”, which will cover legal and formal requirements for creating your own enterprise in Switzerland. 

The event will take the form of a workshop, and it will take place on Tuesday of 13.04.2021 from 18:30 to 20:30. 

We will talk about different forms of companies (sole proprietorship, LLC, JSC), immigration laws (types of permits required for different activities), social security (how much needs to be paid and by whom), and the basics of taxation (bookkeeping; tax due by companies, tax due by shareholders, income v. dividends). 

The workshop is designed for people with an international background who might want to start their entrepreneurial journey in Switzerland, or anyone, who would like to learn more about the legal aspects of Swiss business ecosystems. 

We are also happy to inform you that Katharina Lasota Heller (international legal and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience) from LEXcellence will conduct workshops during the event BNG April: Starting own Business in Switzerland. Important note: the booking deadline is 12.04.2021!
