We are proudly announcing that Dr. Katharina Lasota Heller (Managing Partner at LEXcellence AG) will be speaking at the LADIES FIRST – Webinar on NFTs under Swiss regulation on February 23, 2023, organized by Zanders. Kasia will be speaking on NFTs & blockchain from the Swiss legal perspective.
Event introduction from organizers: “NFTs, non-fungible tokens, have become increasingly relevant among issuers and investors in recent years, particularly since the first creation of NFTs in 2014. These tokens can represent a wide range of assets, from digital artwork to real estate, and have gained notoriety in the primary and secondary markets. While the sale of ape pictures for millions of dollars on the blockchain has drawn attention to NFTs, their applications go far beyond this.”
