We are glad to participate in the Crypto Valley Conference 2021 in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, one of the biggest and most significant events in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, organized by the Crypto Valley Association and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. On October 28th and 29th, 2021, it brought together more than 40 presentations from global industry leaders to share their experiences and knowledge.

It had a hybrid model. Many people attended the event either in person or online, which is a massive benefit for those who don’t have much time.

One of the interesting panels that we attended was panel number 3 about legal & regulation and challenges of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).

It was a pleasure to be part of this event — we learned about governmental and regulatory changes, compliance challenges, and more interesting facts regarding crypto and blockchain in 2021.

We constantly attend such events to be updated with the newest crypto, blockchain, and tech legal and regulatory trends and news.

This year the trends and regulatory topics were herein as follows:

  • Governmental and Regulatory Challenges
  • Compliance Challenges
  • Crypto AML-CFT
  • Crypto Forensic
  • FATF Adoption & Interpretation

Among attendees were start-ups, corporate, academia and governments. They were allowed to participate in panel discussions on the live stage, and every entrepreneur would love to be there!

Current statistics said that during the event participated: 500+ attendees, 40+ great speakers, as well as 100+ investors and 200+ companies.

Some renowned speakers who shared their knowledge at this event were:

  • Dr. Thomas Moser
  • Jean-Michel Pailhon
  • Christophe de la Celle

This event allowed entrepreneurs to create B2B relationships and increase their acknowledgments regarding technology, economy & finance, and legal & regulation, which are essential elements to know about when setting up a business.
