Article: The UK’s Court of Appeal rules the use of facial recognition unlawful

The UK’s Court of Appeal ruled the use of live facial recognition unlawful, as it violates human rights for privacy and data protection. The lawsuit filed by Ed Bridges against South Wales Police’s use of LFR software in public spaces was taken to the Court of Appeal after having been dismissed by two High Court judges.
